Project Case Study

The Brief

Ten product videos for Amazon listings, produced for German clients through Amzmanager.

Listing video is its own discipline. Nobody discovers it — a shopper is already on the page, already interested, and looking for the one thing that decides the purchase. The video's job is to answer that, fast, usually with the sound off.

Why AI Changes the Maths Here

Traditional product video means samples shipped, a studio booked and a crew for a single SKU. That cost is only justifiable on a hero product, which is why most listings have no video at all.

Generating them removes the floor. A seller with forty SKUs can have forty videos, and the tenth costs roughly what the first did — which is the difference between video being a flagship treatment and video being standard on every listing.

How They Are Built

  • The benefit inside the first three seconds. No logo intro. Amazon shoppers are deep in a comparison and will not wait.
  • Written to be watched muted. Every claim is on screen as text or shown visually; the audio is a bonus, never the carrier.
  • Product accuracy is non-negotiable. Packaging, labels and proportions have to match what arrives in the box, or the video generates returns instead of sales.
  • Made for the German market. German retail copy is direct and specification-led. The pacing and the claims are pitched for that audience, not translated at the end.
  • Consistent across the range. Ten videos sharing one visual grammar, so a seller's catalogue looks like a catalogue.
